Return Policy

No Returns for Non-Defective Products
Due to the personal and intimate nature of the products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that are not defective. This includes any products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, we are happy to assist with a replacement. To initiate the process:
• Notification Period: You must inform us within 10 days of receiving the defective product.
• Evidence Required: Please provide a detailed description and clear photos of the defect for assessment.
Once the defect is confirmed, we will process the replacement at no additional cost to you.
Replacement Process for Defective Products
• Replacements: We will send a replacement product free of charge.
• Return Shipping for Defective Products: The customer is responsible for the return shipping of the defective product, if necessary. However, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless defective:
• Opened intimate products
• Items that have been used or tampered with
